My step-grandfather had e mphysema and rode a mobility scooter (not so snazzy as pictured). As a kid I thought it was awesome, but thinking back on it, it probably sucked to be dependent on it. In any event, don’t smoke.

I don’t believe I’ve caught him in a photo, but there’s someone on my side of Indy who has motorized a La-Z -B oy and uses it to drive on the sidewalk down a major street . Don’t know whether he needs it or just enjoys the double takes.
